Terroir: Ten hectares (25 acres) of vines planted in several plots around the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. To the south, on the pebbles of the Serres locality where old Grenache achieves full expression; to the north, on the clay-rich soils of Charbonnières, white varieties affirm their fruitiness; and to the west and its sandstone soils – which all in all offer highly Châteauneuf typicity!

Winemaking
The grapes are fully destemmed and undergo fermentation in vats, barriques and demi-muids at 15°C, before being matured on fine lees for 3-4 months.
