A lip-smacking, mineral-forward wine.
Perfect with shellfish!

2016 – A fresh and floral nose, with white-peach aromas. Fresh and lively on the palate.

A mouth-watering wine with a strong mineral underlay.

Terroir: Ten hectares (25 acres) in several plots around the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. To the south, old Grenache flourishes on the pebble-covered soils of Les Serres. To the north lie the sand-clay soils of the Charbonnières locality. White varieties deliver upfront fruitiness in the sandstone soils west of the village, for high Châteauneuf typicity! Chalky-loam soils yield the grapes for this wine.
Degrés: 13%
Service: Serve at : 8 - 10°C
Cépages: 30% Grenache - 30% Clairette - 40% Bourboulenc
Rendements: de 30 à 35 hl/ha

The grapes are hand picked in mid-September in crates, and vinified at the winery in the heart of the village.

They are fully destemmed and then fermented in vats, barriques and demi-muids at 15°C, before being matured on fine lees for 3-4 months.
