• 4 goat cheese
• 4 generous slices of wheat bread belles
• 2 tomatoes
• Château Calissanne Fruité Vert olive oil
• Garlic
• Salt and pepper
• Herbs of the Provence
Préparation
- Rub the bread with the garlic
- Slice the tomatoes and place them on the bread
- Slice the cheese in two
- Place on the tomatoes
- Sprinkle the herbs, salt and pepper
- Drizzel with the olive oil Château Calissanne Fruité Vert.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180° until golden
This recipe goes well with a arugula and pine nut salad drizzled with Château Calissanne’s olive oil.
