- Les Merveilles olive oil (enough to cover the meat)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2-3 tbs of liquid honey
- 1 small teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt (fleur de sel) and pepper Provencal herbs
Préparation
Leave your meat in this marinade overnight. It will cook quickly and melt in the mouth!
