Terroir: In the north of the estate, with the benefit of southern exposure. The varieties that make up this typical, delectable wine are planted in chalky-clay soils.

Cépages: 20% Cabernet Sauvignon - 40% Grenache - 40% Syrah
The grapes are chilled to 12°C when delivered to the winery. Fermentation is short (1 week) and at controlled temperature, in order to retain all of the grapes’ fruitiness. Maceration is also short, for a moderate tannic profile.
