This pale Provence rosé is a lip-smacking charmer.

You’ll be swayed by its fresh, dense style, with floral notes that evolve towards more complex hints of tea and lemon verbena…

An exclusive rosé!

Freshness and density are this vintage’s hallmarks: floral notes evolve quickly towards herbal-tea notes, giving a fresh edge to the dominant citrus aromatics. On the palate: rounded and refined.

An exclusive rosé!

Terroir: The vines stand in south-facing limestone scree soil, sheltered from the Mistral by the cliff. This rosé is made with our best Syrah and Vermentino grapes.
Degrés: 13,5%
Service: Serve at : 8 - 10°C
Cépages: 80% Syrah - 20% Vermentino

The grapes are hand-picked at dawn from the estate’s oldest vines, in late August onwards. Their juices are gently extracted, in an oxygen-free environment, using a state-of-the-art press.

After light racking, the juices undergo several weeks’ stabulation, and are then vinified at 15°C in temperature-controlled vats.
