Winemaking
The grapes are pressed at low temperature Only the first juices are selected to be vinified in new oak barrels (barriques and demi-muids) on fine lees, to impart the exceptional richness characteristic of this cuvée. Malolactic fermentation is not performed, so as to retain all of the wine’s freshness and vivacious style.
