2017 – Pale in colour, with petal tints. A powerful nose oozing citrus, red berry fruits and spice. On the plate: fresh, rounded and fruity.
With a pleasantly tart finish that gives you the urge to… have another glass!
For this direct-press rosé, the grapes are pressed in an inert (nitrogen saturated) atmosphere, and the Grenache is stabulated for 3 weeks.
Traditional vinification at 16°C.

Especially good as an aperitif, but also with vegetable tartlets, white meat, and even some fish dishes, such as grilled sardines.
The ideal companion for a Provençal quiche.
