Tasting

2017 – Pale in colour, with petal tints. A powerful nose oozing citrus, red berry fruits and spice. On the plate: fresh, rounded and fruity.

With a pleasantly tart finish that gives you the urge to… have another glass!

Terroir: A terroir of two halves: one with sandy-clay soil, the other with clay-loam soil.
Degrés: 13,5%
Serve at: Serve at : 8 - 10°C
Grapes: 25% Grenache - 25% Cinsault - 25% Mourvèdre - 25% Syrah
Rendements: 60hl/ha

Winemaking

For this direct-press rosé, the grapes are pressed in an inert (nitrogen saturated) atmosphere, and the Grenache is stabulated for 3 weeks.

Traditional vinification at 16°C.

Food and Wine suggestions

Especially good as an aperitif, but also with vegetable tartlets, white meat, and even some fish dishes, such as grilled sardines.

The ideal companion for a Provençal quiche.
