A delectable wine with a lemony freshness.
2017 – This cuvée serves up scents of white-fleshed fruits underlaid by citrus (lemon), yet the dominant attribute is floral, which makes it a very enticing proposition! The same is true on the palate: a mouth-watering wine with a lemony freshness.
The crop is chilled to 12°C when it reaches the winery, prior to traditional vinification at 16°C.

A great match for seafood, trout en papillote, Provençal-style snails, and with charcuterie… or simply as an aperitif.
