2017 – This cuvée serves up scents of white-fleshed fruits underlaid by citrus (lemon), yet the dominant attribute is floral, which makes it a very enticing proposition! The same is true on the palate: a mouth-watering wine with a lemony freshness.

Terroir: Sandy-clay soil on the estate’s hillsides, and clay-loam soil in the southern stretch of Calissanne.

Cépages: 20% Sémillon - 20% Grenache blanc - 20% Clairette - 20% Vermentino - 20% Bourboulenc
Rendements: 60hl/ha

Vinification

The crop is chilled to 12°C when it reaches the winery, prior to traditional vinification at 16°C.
